Kansas Salsa

This is a really good dip recipe courtesy of Chad Schaffer.
Thanks Chad!Ingredients:
1 can of Rotel
1 can of Mexi-Corn
1 small can of diced jalapenos - I use HOT
1 cup shredded cheddar - I use sharp
1 cup sour cream
1 cup real mayonnaise

Directions:
Drain the Rotel, Mexi-Corn, and jalapenos and put in a mixing bowl. Add the cheddar cheese, sour cream and mayo. Stir and serve with your favorite chips or pretzels. It is that easy! This makes quite a bit of dip, but it doesn't last long!
